London Buses route N140 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Heathrow Airport Central and Harrow Weald, it is operated by Metroline.

Route N140 commenced operation on 31 March 2000 between Harrow Weald Garage and Heathrow Airport Central via High Road (Wealdstone) - Harrow & Wealdstone - The Bridge - Station Approach - Station Road - Greenhill Way - Headstone Road - Kymberley Road - Harrow - College Road - Bessborough Road - Lascelles Avenue - Treve Avenue - Shaftesbury Avenue - Northolt Road - South Harrow - Northolt Road - Pett's Hill - Mandeville Road - Northolt - Mandeville Road - Church Road - Yeading - Yeading Lane - Hayes (Grapes) - Coldharbour Lane - Pump Lane - Crown Close - Hayes & Harlington - Station Road - High Street (Harlington) - Harlington Corner - Bath Road - Heathrow Airport North - Nettleton Road - East Ramp - Heathrow Vehicle Tunnel. The route was initially operated by Metroline from their Harrow Weald (HD) garage using Alexander ALX400 bodied Dennis Tridents.
On 1 February 2002, the Alexander ALX400 bodied Dennis Tridents were replaced by Plaxton President bodied Dennis Tridents.
On 16 April 2004, the route was renumbered 140.
On 7 December 2019, the route was reintroduced and is a renumbering of the night service on route 140. Running between Harrow Weald Garage and Heathrow Airport Central via High Road (Wealdstone) - Harrow & Wealdstone - The Bridge - Station Approach - Station Road - Greenhill Way - Headstone Road - Kymberley Road - Harrow - College Road - Bessborough Road - Lascelles Avenue - Treve Avenue - Shaftesbury Avenue - Northolt Road - South Harrow - Northolt Road - Pett's Hill - Mandeville Road - Northolt - Mandeville Road - Church Road - Yeading - Yeading Lane - Hayes (Grapes) - Coldharbour Lane - Pump Lane - Crown Close - Hayes & Harlington - Station Road - High Street (Harlington) - Harlington Corner - Bath Road - Heathrow Airport North - Nettleton Road - East Ramp - Heathrow Vehicle Tunnel. The route is operated by Metroline from their Harrow Weald (HD) garage using Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 bodied Volvo B5LHs.
On 4 September 2021, the route was retained by Metroline.
Between January 2022 to May 2023, route N140 was on temporary diversion towards Heathrow Central along the A409 George Gange Way in Wealdstone via Palmerston Road and was therefore re-routed along Canning Road as part of Harrow Council's regeneration scheme.
