London Buses route 685 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Hamsey Green and Selsdon, it is operated by Arriva London.
Route 685 commenced operating on 30 August 2008 between Hamsey Green and Selsdon via Sanderstead. The route initially operated by Arriva London from Croydon (TC) garage using an Alexander ALX400 bodied DAF DB250LF. The route was introduced to replace the Hamsey Green to Selsdon journey on route 612.
On 31 August 2013, the route was retained by Arriva London using a Wright Pulsar Gemini bodied DAF DB250LF.
On 1 September 2018, the route was retained by Arriva London using an existing Alexander Dennis Enviro 400.
