London Buses route 616 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Winchmore Hill and Edmonton Green, it is operated by Stagecoach London.

On 5 January 2002, the route was retained by First London using Plaxton President bodied Dennis Tridents.
On 4 February 2006, the route was retained by First Capital.
On 5 February 2011, the route was retained by First Capital.
In March 2012, the route was included in the sale of First London's Northumberland Park (NP) garage to London General.
In October 2012, the Plaxton President bodied Dennis Tridents were replaced by existing Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TLs.
On 6 February 2016, the route was retained by London General.
In March 2019, the Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TLs were replaced by Alexander Dennis Enviro 400s.
In February 2020, the Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 was replaced by a Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL.
On 6 February 2021, the route passed to HCT Group from their Walthamstow Avenue (AW) garage using existing Enviro 400 City bodied Alexander Dennis E40Hs.
On 19 April 2021, the Enviro 400 City bodied Alexander Dennis E40Hs were replaced by brand new Enviro 400 City EV bodied BYD D8UR-DDs.
On 27 August 2022, the route was included in the sale of the HCT Group to Stagecoach London.
On 15 October 2022, the vehicles were renumbered to Stagecoach London fleet numbers.
