London Buses route 376 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Beckton and East Ham, it is operated by Docklands Buses.
Route 376 commenced operation on 18 September 1999 between East Beckton District Centre and East Ham Newham Town Hall via Woolwich Manor Way - Horse Leaze - Newark Knok - Warwall - Covelees Wall - Horse Leaze - Woolwich Manor Way - Ferndale Street - Cyprus Place - Strait Road - Stansfield Road - Tollgate Road - Newham Way - Prince Regent Lane - Glen Road - Boundary Lane - Boundary Road - Central Park Road - Barking Road - Green Street - Plashet Grove - High Street North - Ron Leighton Way - Barking Road - High Street South. The route was introduced to replace the withdrawn section of route 276 between Prince Regent Lane and East Beckton and the withdrawn section of route 300 between East Beckton and Winsor Park. The route was initially operated by East London from their Upton Park (U) garage using Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Darts.
In November 1999, the route was converted to low floor operation using 9.3m Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.
On 18 September 2004, the route was retained by Stagecoach East London with 10.2m Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs introduced.
On 25 June 2007, the route was withdrawn between Beckton Station and District Centre.
On 7 November 2008, the Beckton terminal was changed from Beckton Station to Beckton Bus Station.
In July 2009, the 10.2m Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs were replaced by Alexander ALX200 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.
On 2 July 2016, Rainham (BE) garage was announced closed and the allocation was transferred to River Road (RR) garage.
On 17 September 2016, the route was retained by Blue Triangle.
