London Buses route 385 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Chingford and Crooked Billet, it is operated by Stagecoach London.

Route 385 commenced operation on 28 April 2007 between Chingford Station and Crooked Billet Sainsbury's via Station Road - The Green - Kings Head Hill - Sewardstone Road - Waltham Way - Valley Side - Waltham Way - Hall Lane - Chingford Mount - Chingford Mount Road - Chingford Road - Walthamstow Avenue - Internal Roads. The route was initially operated by First London from their Northumberland Park (NP) garage using a Marshall Capital bodied Dennis Dart SLF. The route was introduced to replace mobility route 905.
On 16 October 2010, the route passed to CT Plus operating from their Ash Grove (HK) garage with a Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLF.
In July 2014, the Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLF was replaced by an Optare Solo.
On 17 October 2015, the route was retained by CT Plus.
On 26 November 2016, the allocation was transferred to Walthamstow Avenue (AW) garage and the Optare Solo was replaced by an Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Dart.
On 17 October 2020, the route was retained by HCT Group with an existing Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Dart.
On 27 August 2022, the route was included in the sale of the HCT Group to Stagecoach London.
On 15 October 2022, the vehicles were renumbered to Stagecoach London fleet numbers.
