London Buses Route 327 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Waltham Cross and Waltham Cross, it is operated by Sullivan Buses.
History
Route 327 commenced operation on 5 April 1997 between Waltham Cross Bus Station and Waltham Cross Bus Station via Eleanor Cross Road - Monarchs Way - High Street - Hertford Road - Bullsmoor Lane - Lackmore Road - Marryat Road - Elsinge Road - Elsinge Estate - Turkey Street - Turkey Street Station - Turkey Street - Enfield Wash - Hertford Road - High Street - Monarchs Way - Eleanor Cross Road. The route was initially operated by Arriva East Herts & Essex from their Ware (WE) garage using Plaxton Beaver 2 bodied Mercedes-Benz Varios.
On 7 June 2003, the route was retained by Arriva East Herts & Essex with a brand new Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLF.
On 7 June 2008, the route was retained by Arriva East Herts & Essex and the service was extended to operate between 0800 and 2230.
On 3 January 2009, the operation was transferred to Arriva London operating from their Enfield (E) garage.
On 8 June 2013, the route passed to London General operating from their Northumberland Park (NP) garage with a brand new Wright StreetLite DF introduced.
On 9 June 2018, the route passed to Sullivan Buses operating from their South Mimms (SM) garage using a Wright StreetLite DF and the service was revised to finish at 19:00.
On 4 March 2024, the Wright StreetLite DF was withdrawn and was replaced by an existing Enviro 200 MMC bodied Alexander Dennis E20D.
