London Buses route 323 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Mile End and Canning Town, it is operated by it is operated by Stagecoach London.

History

Route 323 commenced operation on 11 January 2003 running between Mile End Station and Canning Town Station via Burdett Road - Bow Common Lane - Devons Road - Bromley-by-Bow - Twelvetrees Crescent - Cody Road - Stephenson Street - Manor Road. The route was initially operated by First London from their Hackney (H) garage using Wright Handybus bodied Dennis Darts.

On 26 April 2003, the route was converted to low floor operation using Marshall Capital bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.

On 8 December 2007, the allocation was transferred to Dagenham (DM) garage.

On 4 April 2009, the allocation was transferred to Lea Interchange (LI) garage.

On 9 January 2010, the route passed to East London operating from their West Ham (WH) garage with Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts introduced.

On 10 January 2015, the route was retained by Stagecoach London.

From 30 April 2019 until 25 May 2019, a Yutong E10 Electric demonstrator was trialled on the route.

On 11 January 2020, the route was retained by Stagecoach London. The early morning and late evening journeys were withdrawn at the same time.

On 20 June 2020, the Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts were replaced by brand new Enviro 200 MMC EV bodied BYD D9URs.
